The Perfect Week Protocol
What It Is
A simple, 3-step framework to plan your upcoming week in 15 minutes or less, ensuring you focus on what actually moves the needle.
Why It Matters
Sunday sets the tone. By clearing the decks and committing to specific outcomes before Monday morning, you eliminate decision fatigue. Your week is already planned—Monday is just execution.
Key Concepts
- Groom — Clearing out old tasks so you start with a clean slate.
- Pick — Selecting just 1-2 projects to focus on, rather than trying to move everything forward at once.
- Commit — Defining success for the week based on outcomes, not just a list of tasks.
Tip: Make sure you have the Chrome extension to keep these tasks top of mind throughout your week: https://the-perfect-week.helpscoutdocs.com/article/10-chrome-extension
